Treatment abroad for older patients

A gentler pace, support throughout the journey and continuous contact with the family doctor and loved ones.

What matters for older patients

For older patients, the journey itself can be tiring. That is why we plan everything around comfort: direct flights, airport assistance, accommodation near the hospital, rest time between tests and, if needed, a companion.

Common situations

  • cardiac and orthopaedic procedures (for example hip or knee replacements);
  • oncology and second opinions;
  • neurological conditions;
  • complete evaluations when several conditions are present.

Keeping the family informed

With the patient’s consent, we keep children or relatives informed and make sure discharge recommendations are translated and reach the family doctor.
